This folder includes a color inkjet-printed photograph of the model, color prints of scenic drops for the picnic scene, the original scenic bid session folder annotated with cut scenery pieces, bids and budget spreadsheets, correspondence and copies of the agreement between Roundabout and Hudson Scenic to build the show. There is also correspondence with United Thread Mills regarding a donation of thread spools to the production.
