This folder contains opening night flyers, invitations, party passes and specialty cocktail lists, spreadsheet lists of attendees and seat assignments, gift recipient spreadsheets, budgets and the agreement with the Hilton venue, post-mortem event notes and correspondence. Also, Roundabout looked into hiring a string quartet from Juillard for the event; amplification costs turned out to be cost-prohibitive, but there are some initial agreements and supporting correspondence also in the file.
