This folder contains a 1/2" scale ground plan dated November 11, 2008 (which has been folded to fit into the folder), two not-to-scale ground plans, cheat sheets for intermission shifts, bids to build scenic elements from a few shops, the fully executed build agreement with Global Scenic, and correspondence. Also in the folder are 8 color inkjet printed pictures of the set model, arranged for different scenes; these have been scanned and the digital files stored on the Archive 1 server.
