The bulk of the documents in this folder are venue and vendor receipts and invoices, seating charts and attendance lists. Many of the opening night invites and entrance tickets are present, as well as some of the buttons that were used for table decoration and a card describing the special event cocktails. There is also a copy of the Sweet Concessions contract.
