In this folder are a number of agreements and the correspondence surrounding them: initial agreements with Reginald Rose's estate, extention rights, agreements with International Creative Management regarding international rights for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Ireland, rights to perform "Twelve Angry Men" in Sing Sing Correctional Facility. There is also correspondence surrounding a request for London West End rights to "Twelve Angry Men", which was denied because it would predate the Roundabout production.
