This folder contains a folded working ground plan with annotations of measurements handwritten on it, a smaller not-to-scale print of the ground plan, one color inkjet print of a photograph of the set model, the scenic bid session packet (a navy blue folder, including five color full page research prints), a series of documents comparing the resulting bids, and the final agreement with Great Lakes Scenic Studios.
