This folder contains information not only about "The Man Who Came to Dinner", but also about protocols for the new American Airlines Theatre venue, and about the originally planned inaugural production of "Uncle Vanya".  

Documents include a letter from Todd Haimes to subscribers welcoming them to the inaugural production in the American Airlines Theatre, ticket price announcements and memos, general theatre information (such as wheelchair access, etc), performance calendars with ticket coding, diagrams of the auditorium seating, guidelines and protocols for the new venue, documents with answers to press questions about the naming of the American Airlines Theatre, ticket printing logs and performance availability reports, lists of corporate sponsors who receive ticket discounts, press dates and tickets, and correspondence.  There are also initial ticket services memos from the beginning of 2000 relating to forms, envelopes and ticket formats and printing; many of the memos have examples of the previously used items stapled to them.
