This folder contains 1/2" scale scenic ground plans and drafting, fly cues and preset lists, a drawing of a built desk, color laser prints of various sizes of the model and scrim artwork, a stage management prop list and rehearsal costume list taken from the script, some textual background about the design style and choices, bids and invoices from PRG Scenic Technologies, Showman Fabricators and Great Lakes Scenic Studios, agreements and contracts with the aforementioned shops, and correspondence. The folder also contains a complete scenic bid folder with color laser printed model shots, color laser printed paint elevations, photocopied sections of drafted drawings for each act, a cd with shop information on it, color copied foliage specifications, and other explanatory documents.
