Footage of Bernadette Peters introducing Stephen Sondheim with biographical footage of Sondheim using still photographs with songs from from his musicals accompianed with a voiceover chronicling Sondheim's career (part for the Gala celebration honoring Stephen Sondheim on April 30,2001). Produced by Palisade Films, written by Bill Hopkins and David Pasteelnick, edited by Harry Kafka, and post production by Tapestry Productions. This Gala featured a special performance the Roundabout Theatre Company's production of Follies.
